Acknowledge that you understand you must apply for the Show N' Shine yourself, and no one can do this for you on your behalf.

Do you understand that completing this form does not guarantee your entry into the show will be accepted?

Do you understand that if your entry is accepted, you must still purchase a discounted accepted car entry ticket and show this ticket at the gate to gain entry to the show?

Do you understand that if your entry is accepted, any additional passengers coming with you must purchase tickets at regular spectator ticket prices?

Do you understand that if you purchase spectator tickets before hearing back about your show entry and then later get accepted that your original ticket(s) you have purchased cannot be refunded, but you can still access the car show on the ticket you originally purchased?
